Ok, I'm not going to bore you with all the legal jargon and stuff you can't understand. I'm just going to get to the basics, and make a few points about this service. |

This service is provided to the listeners free of charge. There is not money changing hands between advertisers, so basically this is a non-profit venture. |

The songs contained in the webcasts are being used with the artists permission, and in accordance to the webcast providers guildlines. |

There are some songs contained in this webcast where a request was made to the artist for permission to broadcast their material and no response was made. I have included these tracks based on the assumption that I would have been given a valid response to my inquiries if it really mattered that much. |

If you are from a band / company, and you hear unauthorized recordings on this webcast that you would like removed from the playlist, please contact team@dcmusic.iwarp.com. We are not hear to violate anybody's rights, so please work with us and we can correct any problems |

It is NOT legal to record any part of this webcast. Doing so violates the broadcaster's rights, the artists rights, and quite possibly may be an issue with live365.com. As for content not realated to music, such as live talk shows later on, I do not care if they are copied. I would request that if they are played or stored elsewhere, that proper credit in the form of a plug or link be given. |
